HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Go on to the products and click to add to cart for order placements. If there is an option of get a quote, just click that our rep will get in touch with you soon.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes, we do.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order on your provided email.  The email will have all the details related to your order.

WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE DISPATCHED? 

The order will go into processing once our confirmation process has been completed. Our representative will give you a call or an email to confirm the selected order. After successfully confirming the order, it will take upto 7 to 14 working days since all is custom made. 

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER PHONE

Yes. We do take orders over phone.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

Please check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and unfortunately we won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and text message at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email or a text message with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched we will send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old mails for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end. 

I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?

Sorry no, we don’t offer any exchanges since everything is custom made so you have to be very careful before selecting the size. However, if you want to change the size you should send an sms or call on the number provided within 24 hours of the order placement.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can. Once the order has been placed, you can cancel the order by calling on our number or through our social media. Orders can be cancelled in 24hrs of ordering.

I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY, HOW CAN I CHECK MY PRICES IN LOCAL CURRENCY?

All prices are in Pkr by default, however if you want to check the price in your local currency, we have placed a currency converter on the top of the website. Select that and the prices will show in the currency selected.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

The orders with in Pakistan may take up to 7 – 14 working days while for international order can take up to 4 weeks. The order will be processed once the order is confirmed for COD or once we receive payment online (Local and International)

IS COD AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Sorry. At the moment, COD is only available for local orders. However you can pay online using our website. International orders will be processed and dispatched once 100% payment is received.
